For our final 2022/2023 principal cohort event, you will hear from three of our state’s best! All recent award winners, these gentlemen are leaving their busiest time of the year to share with you their work as school principals, system leaders, and state honorees.  Join us as we hear from Mr. Tyler Salyer from Collierville, and Dr. Chris Hampton and Dr. Kyle Loudermilk from Kingsport City share their passion for the job, their struggles toward success, and the moments that made them remember their ‘why’.  Even though Superintendent Chris Hampton is not currently in the principal’s seat, all three of these leaders will share why the principal is so vital in raising standards and in creating a culture of success. This event is by far the most ‘by principals for principals’ event we have ever hosted and even though May is a difficult month, you do not want to miss this one!
