As our TOSS ALI assistant principals have met together this year in their cohort training sessions, we have seen the true value of hearing from those ‘doing the work’ and from those who can help us ‘do our work better’. This event combines those two concepts in the best possible way! 

First, we will hear from Janet Hays, nominated by her Superintendent, to highlight the work she is doing in her school around assessment, data, and student engaged learning.  She will bring us the “real life” picture that our Assistant Principal’s enjoy getting firsthand.

Then we will transition to Kathleen Myers, from Pearson, and she will lead us in our ‘Part 2’ training that was requested in the fall by our members. Kathleen has the information you need to lead your school’s assessment teams as they develop and implement formative assessments and as they begin to fully utilize SchoolNet. 

Assistant Principals, join us for this event on February 27, 2023 and bring your principal too if you like! Teams make this work so much better.
