Join the conversation with TOSS ALI and Gold Partner, National Institute for Excellence in Teaching (NIET) to discuss the traits of an effective coaching culture at district and school levels while gather new ideas to strengthen the coaching impact on student learning. In our work, a question often emerges: What practices drive student-first outcomes and student ownership of learning at scale? In this session, we will share traits of high-quality coaching driven by student work analysis, teaching the connections between teaching and learning, and the reach to student ownership of learning.
Key reflective question: How do I lead, inspire, coach or support others from my role, so all students are achieving and owning their learning?
This training is geared towards supervisors, but all TOSS members are welcome.
