When school counselors and administrators work together collaboratively, the students and the school community as a whole reap the benefits. In this session we will explore a toolkit of resources that assess, acknowledge, and celebrate the collaboration of principals and school counselors in school communities. When we complete educational leadership programs at our selected universities, or school counselor preparation programs, very little if any time is spent on the roles of each of these groups or on how creating a collaborative team can impact the success of ALL students.

Join Amy Baltimore as she shares the toolkit, her knowledge, and facilitates time for you to work together to build capacity in this area. TOSS ALI members may invite their school counselor as their guest to join them during this event, or you may attend alone and watch the recording with your school counselor team later. Join us to learn more about how to establish guidelines, build capacity, and lead with the ‘whole child’ in mind.
