The Science of Reading refers to the extensive and ever-evolving body of research that indicates how to successfully teach children to read. Our friends at the Reading League say that instruction based on the Science of Reading “will elevate and transform every community, every nation, through the power of literacy.” In this session, we will explore how to effectively implement evidence-based reading practices through long-term change management. So many of you have requested training on the transition from early literacy to ‘highly effective’ readers, and this is our first step.
