If possible bring your finance director with you as we physically start the process of approximating a “base” for the proposed student center funding formula. Additionally we will be analyzing the elements of the current BEP to determine appropriateness of and/or need for: ratios, terminology currently used, extra-curricular activities funding, SRO funding, special education options, instructional salaries, etc. We will look closely at what is NOT currently included, but should be. At this point pretty much everything that helps you meet the needs of your students can be put on the table.  

An agenda will likely not be available until the day of the meeting as this continues to be a work in progress.
