Join TOSS for a leadership development opportunity for superintendents and your district leadership teams. Keara Duggan, Partner of Organizational Design at Education Elements, will facilitate a four hour session to support you and your leadership team to deepen practices that build trust and a shared purpose across the students, teachers, families, and communities in your district. Based on her experience working with more than 800 schools and districts across 34 states, Keara will share best practices from within and outside of the education sector for building a culture of trust and innovation- where people feel included, understand decisions, and are inspired by a shared purpose.
