This event is planned for supervisors and HR Directors who want to begin the work around recruiting, retaining and supporting teachers and leaders for the 2025/2026 school year. We will look at the process two systems use to retain staff, recruit new staff members, and create a climate and culture of excellence that is welcoming to both new staff members and seasoned staff.
