Presenting:
myON 2017 Tennessee Personalized Literacy Summit
Since launching in January 2011, myON has grown exponentially. TOSS and myON invite SLI and ALI members to join us on April 10th - 11th at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro for focused discussions and conversations on Personalized Literacy.
Hear from luminaries such as Dr. Jason Turner, Vice-President, Global Services from MetaMetrics, Dr. Chris Marczak, Superintendent of Maury County Public Schools and Marylou Whaley, director of Community Engagement and philanthropy for Hillsborough County Public Schools. You will learn about important literacy research, will discuss literacy challenges, and will develop a blueprint for creating a community of reading.
The event will start on Monday, April 10th at 6:30 for dinner (TBA) with TOSS Executive Director Wayne Miller serving as Master of Ceremonies. The executive summit starts at 8:30 am Tuesday and ends at approximately 3:00 pm. All lodging and meals are inclusive of the registration.
While there is no limit on the number of ALI and SLI members who can attend the summit, there will be a limit of 2 free hotel rooms per district for as long as they last. So register early!!
